Ibrahim Kargbo and Alusine Yambasu have been remanded by Magistrate Hannah Bonnie on Friday April 12, 2019, after they were arraigned on eleven count charges.
They were charged with the offence of conspiracy, robbery with aggravation, wounding with intent to murder, wounding with intent, wounding, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and malicious damage.
According to the particulars of the offence, it was alleged that the accused persons Ibrahim Kargbo and Alusine Yambasu on Sunday March 31, 2019, at Bonga Town Community, Off Wilkinson Road conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony.
It was also alleged that Ibrahim Kargbo on the same date and place wounded one Samuel Lamboi with intent to murder him, and also being harmed with knife, sticks, cutlass, stones, and bottles robbed Samuel Lamboi of his physical cash and a driving license bearing the victim’s name.
It was also alleged that the accused persons assaulted the victim Samuel Lamboi in a manner thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm and also maliciously wounded one Abass Kargbo with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
In the charge of wounding, it was also alleged that the accused persons unlawfully wounded one Abass Kargbo.
it was alleged that the accused persons maliciously damaged four window glass valued at Le150,000,property of one Malcom Fornah.
The accused persons who were not represented by any Lawyer did not take any plea.
Magistrate Bonnie in her wisdom ordered that the accused persons be remanded at the Male Correctional Center until April 17, 2019, when the prosecution led by ASP I S Mansaray is expected to open its case.
